Cannot Start ARIS Express (Bleu spinning wheel after login)

as I wrote in the other post, which you most likely have seen: the call does not succeed, because the ARIS community could not be reached by ARIS Express. Please contact your IT, because, most likely, the call ist blocked and it runs until it gets a timeout.

I launch ARIS Express for the first time and get to the stage where I enter username and password.

After that I get a never ending blue spinning wheel.

i am aslo getting the same issue. need help.
