I made the backup of database, but when trying to restor in ARIS administration i receive the request for encryption psw, but we haven´t use the encryption when uploaded the initial ARIS 10 dabase to ARIS cloud. Is it possible to discover what is the psw in ARIS Cloud or ARIS Administration tool?

Usually when you try to restore and is asking a pwd even you don't set the pwd. This can be related to bad backup file for this adb, and please try to do a new adb backup file again and restore afterwards.

I tried to do it but still the same problem. Also tried to use the standard system password mxxxxxr as psw as recommended by Software AG partner, but the psw should include min 8 characters.
