Hi all,
Finding my way around in ARIS Express I have come to point that I want to link 2 Process Landscape models. I followed the instructions as explained in the help and watched Sebastians Video instruction.
I managed to add a link to an attribute that launch an ordinary webpage.
However, if I add a link to another ARIS model, I run into an error stating that Windows cannot open a file with .adf extension because it does not know the program associated to it.
I have tried to locate and point to the ARIS Express progam, but was unable to locate that on my pc. Also browsing via webservices (the other alternative) did not result in finding the required association.
Have some of you also ran into this issue? And have you been able to solve it?

Hi Edwin,
the ADF file extension needs to be assigned to the Java-WebStart Launcher.
If this is not done: you can to as follows: click search and browse to the path of your JRE. There, in the "bin" folder, there is a file named "javaws.exe".
This is the launcher for Webstart.

thanks for your response! It helped a bit as something is happening when I click the link. Unfortunately the result is an application error telling me that it is impossible to launch the application.
I think I need to discuss this with local IT here tomorrow.
