No, that does not make sense. There would be no sensible round-trip, because when importing to Architect the other way you always create new objects.
Designer licences are quite affordable.
Also the look and feel is quite different (unless you imported the ARIS Express symbols to Architect). And for viewing purposes you have the Connect Portal. This will offer you up-to-date information instead of an export, which was performed some time in the past. And Viewer licences are even cheaper.
