I get to step 3 - enter login data (account name and password are correct) and I get the following error:
"Unable to connect to ARIS Community. Please connect to the Internet when running ARIS Express for the first time so that your login data is checked. In addition, please check your system's proxy settings under Internet Options."
I'm currently in the ARIS Community writing this, so I am connected to the Internet and my account is already resolved.
I am running:
- Windows 10 64 bit
- Intel i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40 GHz
- 12 GB RAM
- 7 TB Disk space
What should I do to resolve this issue? (please see attached file) I can be logged into the ARIS Community through my browser and still get the error during step 3.
