Hi Frank,

I have zipped the VDX file now.

I hope that you can find the reason.

Bye,

Eleni

Hi Eleni,

yes, I found the reason. As I expected, the Visio diagram does not contain a "type".

Let's just say, you create an Organizationel Chart in Visio, the import into Express knows, that as target model type, it must be a Organizational Chart also.

There exists a predefined "mapping" between Visio chart types and Express model types. Your chart does not contain any information at all, therefore, Express does not know what to create. That sometimes happen, when a chart from an "old" Visio version is opened and transferred into VDX. Right now, I do not have access to an Visio installation, but please give me some time so I can try to convert it the proper way.

Bye,

Frank
