Hi Eleni,
unfortunately, the file which you produced cannot be imported. think, you just placed graphical elements, placed a text in it and grouped those items.
The result is a diagram without a structure possible to read by Express.
If you want to create a importable diagram please proceed as follows (in my example, I use an EPC):
Start Visio, click File -> new -> Business -> EPC
You see, it is important to use this "chart templates" of visio. It is also important to use the predefined shapes, but not some generic graphical shapes like rectangles etc.
