Error starting abs and copernicus processes due to "sysclans" object

Hello everyone!

I'm trying to install ARIS Designer server (v9.6) but I'm facing a very confusing error. Installation went fine but when I try to start the processes through ARIS CloudController, they all start except "abs_m" and "copernicus_m".

I searched in the log and there is a common issue in both of them:

"Caused by: com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: Invalid object name 'SysClans'."

As you can see, I'm using a SQL Server database which has been configured according to the documentation. I also ran a profiler against the DBMS but no sign of errors at first sight. Google is not heplful either :(

Any idea?

Hello again,

Small precision I just discovered. The Sysclan object is also required when I start "apg_m". But this process, even if the object is missing, is flagged as "started".

It seems that a lot of SQL object are also missing when I look into the trace made by SQL Server Profiler

Dear Grom,

I suggest to open a support ticket for Global Support ARIS on https://empower.softwareag.com, in order to let them check whether initialization of your MS SQL Server has been properly/completely processed.
