Hi everybody,
i've got a problem while launching my Aris Express on Windows XP SP2, all system requirements are ok.
Installation was ok. But every time I launch the application, I see the Welcome to Aris Express window, and after I enter my credentials and choose the language I see nothing than Aris Express 2.0 window name on top of the screen.
Does anybody know what is the problem?

Hi Frank,
when I double click on that ARIS Express 2.0 window header, the window minimizes (i.e. it gets smaller) , but nothing from ARIS Express is seen, I just can see the image of the window that was behind ARIS Express window or image of desktop.
there are two processes running in task manager: ARIS_E~1.SCR and javaw.exe
and when I click the X button to close that window, it doesn't close, I have to terminate the process via task manager.

ARIS_E@1.SCR is the screen save. I hope you like it :-)
We noticed, that, due to a bug in the JRE, in case of an update, errors occur. This can happen on every user action, also closing. But, as I said, this is only the case if an update is done.
Does that happen always? Or do you have done an update on a PC from Express 1.0 to 2.0?

no I have installed directly Express 2.0, without any update.
I have updated Java from 1.6.16 to 1.6.20, but the problem still occurs.
