Hello, I'm using ARIS Cloud Advanced, but since yesterday, the reporting tool does not work. When launching any report, we have the message: "Running Report... The action will be performed soo. It is currently in the queue waiting to be processed" and we have any results after waiting. Our project room name is PRIMEVER.
Why I have this problem and how can I solve it?

Usually the reports goes to queue if already is running some previous reports ...
Is this a Default of Custom report ?
To check the log files, we need the Region of your project room and if is possible the guid of the report.
