How do you manage Excel data source?
Do we have to have our spreadsheets in the "resources" folder on the MashZone server? Is there any way that we can use shortcuts to Excel documents?
We really don't want our users to be saving their documents on the MashZone server...
Any suggestions?

You have two other possibilities.
If the file is not larger than 200kb you can upload the file to the mashzone-server (the last option in the sourceselection dialog).
Or you define a webserver (for example tomcat) on which the resources can be uploaded. Then you can access to the resources via http.
