Every system must be built so it can fit into your existing environment, better yet so that it reflects the future vision for your organization. This sort of information should be captured in your enterprise architecture, in current state and future state models respectively. Scott Ambler

Many thanks Etienne for the set of slides,
despite the common mindset Enterprise Architecture & Agile Development or in general architecture modeling & agile development fit perfectly together. Balancing modeling & delivery is difficult, not only in agile environments but also in strict waterfall model environments. The source of difficulty is often lack of experience on both sides the project owners side and the modelers side. Due to the lack of experience the most vivid questions:
What has to be modeled?
How to do it?
The primer focuses on the second question and gives a reasonable method blueprint worth to follow.
