Hello everyone,
Weβre kicking off the concept phase for loops, and we want your input. π‘
Loops could transform flows by automating repetitive tasks and boosting efficiency. To build the best solution, we need your real-world use cases and ideas!
π¬ Share your ideas β How could loops improve your workflow?
π Provide examples β Got a specific use case? Let us know!
π Highlight challenges β Where could loops make a difference?
Nowβs the time to share them! Your insights will help us craft the best possible approach.
Drop your thoughts in the comments - we canβt wait to hear from you!
Thanks in advance,
Eva

1. Idea: Loop in the validation workflow
We need a loop in the validation step, for example, when a validation is rejected and the process must be adjusted. This way, the workflow can go back to the responsible person to adapt the input and then continue again through the validation.
2. Idea: Loop back to task after failed validation
In case the validation fails, the workflow should return to the earlier task. For example: a human task to collect data β automatic calculation β validation. If the validation is not successful, the process should go back to the user for correction. This makes the workflow more flexible and user-friendly.
P.S.: Could you share a few more "flows" as template? That would also be an added value β especially for all flow newcomers!
