Can I create new role/user/org unit in ARIS and synch to Solman? or this synch is only from Solman to ARIS?

I know it is frustrating if you post to a forum and don't get an answer for a pressing issue. Still, ARIS Community is a free offering by IDS Scheer and no official support forum you pay for. We do our best to answer all questions, but sometimes it just happens that someone knowing the answer has no time to reply or just doesn't get aware of the thread.
If you need faster support, you will need to invest in a professional support contract allowing you to contact our support hotline. I think I mentioned this option to you already in the past. In the end, it would be unfair if we charge other customers for professional support while providing support here for free.

I've been posting questions since more that 2 weeks ago and I did not get any feedback until now. Please let me know if I should stop posting here and whether there is an intention to answer my questions. I appreciate your reply asap.
