We have an ARIS Busines Server 7.1 and just ended the trial license. We updated it to the permanent license but clients can´t connect since it gives you a message that no service is available (after a server restart).
The service at the server is running and you can connect from the admintool at the server (not from a client's admintool), but you can't connect with the Site Administrator (it gives an error saying to check service or port used).
From admin tool (at the server) you can connect to ARIS server but can't check information of DBs it returns error. We are using MS SQL.
Any idea where to start?

I think it would be best to contact our support on that issue, if you got a valid support contract. It is hard to guess what is going wrong here.
