Automatically Change Deactivation Attribute based on Lifecycle Attribute

Is it possible if the Deactivated Attribute Automatically change based on the Lifecycle Attribute?

For example. If it's not in phase-out phase yet, it will shows like this:

And if it's already in phase-out phase, it will show like this:

*note that "Deactivation" Attribute Type is changed with "Is Active?"
