My question is, is there any equivalent feature or report in ARIS that I can use to view and export the recent changes model history?

Hello Budi,
the closest thing is the Model status overview report in the automation category, but you would need to extend it in order to output last modified time and last user.

That's a pretty cool hint, I didn't know about the report.
...Creating a copy of it and modifying it so that it serves our needs, too worked just fine :)

That is quite solved my question! I extend the column and add last modified and last user attribute as the value.
Other question if you don't mind, is there any solution where I can see all the previous modification date besides the recent one and the user who made the changes?

As a student I learned often enough that scientific research starts with looking up if somone had the same idea or solution as "there is nothing new under the sun". So in the context of Aris I became a merciless code ripper.
Unfortunately there is no search for the script repository, but if you are writing code you should try the function lookup feature.
