HTML Export Problem

Hi everyone,

I am trying to publish an ARIS Database through an HTML Export, but when I start this process the HTML Export is never completed and I keep seeing this window until I have to click cancel:

I have waited for 24 hours to verify if the export is completed but with no success.

Can anyone help me on this issue?

Hi Felipe,

We had the same problem. I think, when the data base is "too big", this tool does not work.

This is why we created our home made tool to publish HTML export. You can open an example of our tool on this page by clicking on "test the result".

The exportation in this example was done in French, but can be done in an other langages.

I don't think the problem is the size of database because I have other two bigger databases that I successfully published with HTML publisher.

Hi Felipe

I suggest you re-index the database with the admin command "maintain" on the server.
