Missing "Product/Service" object in EPC modeling

Hey there,

I am currently using ARIS Architect & Designer 9.8 for my Master Thesis and I have encountered a problem with modeling an EPC. For some reason I do not have the possibility to include an object of the type "product/service" in my model. Why is this so? Shouldn't I be able to have a product/service as an output at some point of the EPC? When I click on "add symbol" I can't find the desired object "product/service"...

I am thankful for any help!

Hi Frank,

thanks for your reply. Apparently I was using the method filter "standard". I changed it to "Gesamtmethode" (German for "overall method"/ "full method" or something along those lines) and now it works. Thanks for your help!
