Files management with ARIS, create, modify, convert files to other formats

Your question isn't very precise. What exactly do you want to do with your ARIS content?

ARIS supports various ways to export its content, e.g. via reports in .DOC, .XLS, HTML, .PDF, or export into XML files.

Please let us know how can we export ARIS content into ARIS XML format. Please share us the steps or link/blog for the same. As i can't see any option in ARIS express of exporting ARIS content to ARIS XML format.

Please help as it's very urgent.

Hi,

ARIS Express only produces .adf files. The commercial tool ARIS Architect and in part also the web front-end ARIS Connect (also ARIS Cloud) can produce the export formats Rune listed. ARIS Architect can also import the .adf files of ARIS Express. The ARIS XML format is a proprietary XML format meant for the exchange of ARIS content between different instances of the commercial ARIS platform. With a supplementary licence for ARIS Architect ("Access") you may get access to the XML source of that data and see if it helps you. Without the licence the XML file is encrypted and you can use it only for the transfer purposes I mentioned.

On the installation media there is a DTD of this exchange format.
