Crumb path in Connect not updated

Recently we moved an entire tree with groups and models to another tree. Now, when using Connect to view the models, the crumb path keeps referring to the old tree. Anyone who has experienced the same?

Example:

- in the old structure we had:

 [Maintaining insurance policy]

   [Issue new policy]

[Creating output]

  [Send output]

In the new structure it is:

 [Maintaining insurance policy]

   [Issue new policy]

      [Send output]

Now, when navigating through the models, when you end up in 'Send output' the crumb path shows 'Creating output' / 'Send output'. It should show 'Maintaining insurance policy'/ 'Issue new policy'/ 'Send output'
