I've received the email with the link to proceed with the registration. However, when inserting my data, the section Project Room Name does not allow me to proceed. It gives an error message which prevents the form to be submitted, and I have received no instructions on how to fill it up.
How should I choose it?

Hi Francesco,
There are some requirements for this field in the shop form. Please use only lower case letters and numbers for the project room name. It has to begin with a letter and be no shorter than three characters.

Usually if the project room name is wrong the page will not continue. did you receive any project room name already ?
