Our small company is looking to upgrade to our ARIS Architect/Designer to ARIS 10. Does anyone know where I can find installation procedures out there?

What are you particularly expecting besides the ARIS documentation on the ARIS DVD?
For a pure ARIS Client installation, using ARIS Architect on LOCAL as one-man server, you find all information in D:\Setups\ARIS_DVD-10.0.6.1261136_SR6\Documents\English\3 Installation\32 Update\321 Client\ARIS Client Installation Guide.pdf
In case you are also using ARIS Design Server or ARIS Connect Server, you find the update procedure also in ARIS_DVD-10.0.6.1261136_SR6\Documents\English\3 Installation\32 Update\322 Server\3221 Basic (Single node\ARIS Server Update Installation Guide.pdf.
Thanks for the reply. We are looking to upgrade from 9.8 to 10.0.6. Rather than proceeding with a DVD, our tech team has access to Empower. After ARIS 10 is downloaded (Architect, Designer, Connect) from the software download center, will the team be provided with the installation guides?
Empower will point you for ARIS anyway to the ARIS Download Center. There's wise to simply download the whole DVD 1 (or DVD 2 in case of a Linux based installation). Alternatively, you can download from there the setups of ARIS Server and ARIS Clients along with the documentation.
