Hi!
When using the PDF-Export built-in in ARIS Express always the same title in the PDF (in the upper left corner of PDF). I have six different Business-Processes (with different names of course) but all have the same title after exporting them with to PDF!?
Thanks an advance,
Franz
Hi Frank,
I can comfirm that. But the thing is that the filename stays the same no matter whot file I use. I have six different files with six different names but the name in the upper left corner is the one of the first pdf I´ve ever created.
I restarted ARIS Express, rebooted etc. but I can´t fix it...
Hmm... I retested this behavior.
Whenever I do the PDF export, a file chooser dialog appears, where I can enter a file name.
In my tests, always the name of the file, which I entered there was in the PDF. Do you already have Express 2.3 installed?
Uh, by the way: as proposal for the file name, the model name is taken. So if all processes are "Business process 1", this will always lead to a file named like that.
Bye,
Frank
I wasn´t aware that there is a "model name". The only name one see´s at the main-screen is the filename and I thought this one is used for the PDF-filename. But he ARIS-filename or what one enters as the desired filename for the PDF has nothing to do with the printed name within the PDF.
I created my all processes on basis of my first process and in that way I have got the same “model name” in name-field in “edit”>>”properties”>>”attributes”.
Now it works!
Thanks a lot!
