Link within a Document

Good day,

When creating an output document as pdf or docx, is it possible to link to a section within the document.

I already use the TOC to create link to my first 3 levels of heading.

What I would like to create is table of figures that lists all the figures used in my document and it would be great to have them as links.

Is linking within the same document possible?
