PDF export on MAC OSX - Out of Memory / Display error

Hi,

I am working on a Mac OSX (2.8 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo with 4 GB 1067 MHz DDR3 Memory) and modelling with ARIS Express 2.3.

Running the report function „Export graphic as pdf“ prompts the error message „Error while creating report: Out of memory.“.

Creating a pdf by using the print-pdf-service integrated in the MAC provides a picture where borders and the content of the objectives are shifted and misaligned.

Can anyone tell me what to do to create a pdf that displays the model correctly?

Hi,

due to the grafics, the PDF export, depending on the model size, uses a lot of memory. Unfortunatly, the threshold for you model is set to low.

We'd like to consider this and increase the available memory space in a future version.

I too have encoutered this problem... except for me the export just never completes. Too bad, I'm very impresed with ARIS on OS X otherwise!
