I am not comfortable with Orace BPM suite due to its limited functionality for enabling process governed environment by using BPM discipline. We have already decided to implement SOA layer from Oracle with its ESB. I want to use ARIS for process modeling and other BPM related work however it is required that we should be able to extract the BPMN workflows and import it back into the Oracle SOA layer for execution.

Please help me if anybody has done this in past and have some help material or guidelines.

As a specialized partner of Oracle BPM/SOA suite, we have investigated this kind of integration for the same reason you mentionned.  You may try to contact françois.barthelemy who has done this kind of work with ARIS 9.x (contains openBPM export) in our test environement.
