Need Guidance

Hi. Do you use a generic "guest" user or do you manage access to publisher by user? We use a generic user. Here are the instructions we provide to copy a link:

Open the desired model in Business Publisher. Right click on the model, select Copy Link. A box will be displayed that displays the link. Copy it. When you paste it into an email you will have to enter the password of "guest" as shown in the example link below.

However, this only works if you update your business publisher extract. Deleting it and republishing it changes the profile ID and the link will no longer work.
