I've recendy inherited an ARIS platform the index is really messy could somebody help me on how to tidy it up,,,,sorry complete newbie to ARIS :-)

I think everyone here needs more information what about what you want to achieve.
Which index do you refer to?
Also, you posted in the ARIS Cloud Support forum. So i assume you are using ARIS on ariscloud.com and not as on-premise installation on your company's IT infrastructure.
