I'm trying to create a data dictionary with all the names of the GRC objects, for example: RA_ID is the same of Risk Assessment Identifier. But there are some abbreviations that I don't know what they mean. Is there a document with the name of all objects?

I don't think there is any such official document as these are internal technical attribute IDs and may change during time. But you can possibly understand those that are represented in the UI if you look into the customizing examples and properties. See the ARCM customizing guide or ask your ARCM customizing expert.
