ARIS Express blocking

Dear colleagues!

During installing ARIS Express on the step of checking the login / password we have total system stopping (blocking).

What could be cause of that error?

OS - Windows 7. 32 bit, java 8 -32 bit.

Express just does a call to the community to check your community account. That's it. I would recommend to check with your IT.
