Dear Colleagues!
Recently we experience difficulties with connection to ARIS Express Client (new users on version 2.4d). While entering the login/password combination we receive either “unable to connect to ARIS community, Please connect to the Internet when running ARIS Express for the first time so that your login data can be checked. Please also check the proxy settings of your system in the Internet options.” message or system just “stalls” not allowing to move to next step
In the meanwhile such problem does not occur while entering ARIS Community through the browser to the page ariscommunity.com
In addition, there is no possibility to download the latest versions of ARIS Express 2.4j (Error 403 - Forbidden).
Would you be so kind suggesting us how to resolve the mentioned above issues?

Dear Galina,
unfortunately, ARIS Express can't be activated on or downloaded from computers that are located in countries that are currently under export restrictions. Given that you mention a Russian company on your user profile, I assume that this will be the cause for the issues that you describe.
