Good Morning,

I need to know if I can disable access to folders, or better, I would take away the rights to the user "user" and that “user” does not see the subfoldersFor example, by removing the rights to the folder "Crediti di firma", indicated by the red arrow, I would like to know if I could disable the viewing subfolders; giving rights "no access", the user will not see any models but he can still see subfolders.

Can I make sure that the user "User" can not see the subfolders?

Thank you for your cooperation,

Best regards.

Hi,

you can't. This is the concept of access rights in ARIS.

If the user does not have access rights to a group, he won't the content of the group. But it is necessary to see sub-groups, because it is possible to assign access rights to the user for these sub groups.

Bye,

Frank
