APG auto emails in text

you can change the e-mail format from Text to HTML in the UMC configuration (section SMTP).

Regarding escalation mail content, yes, this is possible by following these steps:

Escalation and reminder mails can be customized in the transformation pattern.

Please consider, that these changes are overwritten when you update your database "Governance Automation Models" by a new version.

Procedure to change reminder and escalation mails:

- Open the module "Transformation" - database "Governance Automation Models" - Transformation -EPC2BPMN - Transformation patterns - Human task

- Open "Human task (with e-mail) (Escalation)" or "Human task (without e-mail) (Escalation)" dependent, if you use emails or not

- Open the model "Escalation notification"

- search the object with the text you want to change, e.g. „The task was originally assigned to:”

- ARIS navigates in the window "Mapping" automatically to the assigned data object „The task was originally assigned to:”

- follow the connetion from "Name" under „The task was originally assigned to:” to the constant „The task was originally assigned to:”

- go in the attributes of constant „The task was originally assigned to:” and change there the text

- save the changes

- Open "Human task (with e-mail) (Reminder)" or "Human task (without e-mail) (Reminder)"

- Open the model "Reminder notification" and repeat the changes as described above.

- save the changes

- Generate Transformation

- Release Transformation

- Go in menu view - options - process automation - transformation and set this transformation

- create your executable process again

As I understood from above description that Static Text can only be change in case of escalation or reminder mails.

Can it be possible to add instance specific information such as Task Name into a mail body or in subject line?

This only talks about changing the constants.

If I have to add dynamic content in Reminder or Escalation mail for e.g.

1) Task Name for which the reminder or escalation mail has been sent.

2) For escalation mail - Users which are not acted on the task in stipulated time.

Can I do that?
