Please assist. The Elastic runnable is failing to start. I have attempted to investigate the issue, but I have not been able to find a solution. If anyone has experienced this or knows how to resolve it, your assistance would be appreciated.

first of all try this https://ariscommunity.com/users/marco-waage/2023-03-20-error-message-runnable-elasticl-down-and-cannot-be-started.
If not successful and you are trying to install ARIS not on a server but on a notebook or a mini pc located in different network environments, set the PC to a fixed IP address not using DHCP.
