My Aris Basic subscription will expire tomorrow (02.06.2023). I have done renewal and completed the payment but because of the exchange rate adjustment it is in pending transaction. If it won't go well, my licence and works will be deleted? Or after renewal i can reach my account?
In this case, how can I save my works to continue after the renewal?

we'll solve this issue via email. But as a general remark regarding your question about work being deleted: Once the expiry date of a subscription is reached, you have a "grace period" of two weeks in which you can make payment and get access to your project room again. After this period, Software AG keeps a backup of the project room for another two weeks, then we are forced by legal restrictions to delete the backup as well.
