I use BPMN process to create our company's processes work flows. I have identifed the roles in organizational chart before and would like to use a role lane in flows. There is some tasks which have more than one owner. For ex. we have HR Maanager and HR Specialist in our company and each responsible for the applicant search. Any way to use create the process in this way?

Hi,
That's true - you cannot use more than one role in BPMN.
But what you can do is to create a bundled role in, e.g. your org-chart. While positions or titles follow an hierachical structure, roles are process oriented. Thus, you can map, in your scenario, two roles to a third one.
For example, in your process you use HR manager and HR specialist ==> you could bundle those as "Applicant responsible" and use that role in your BPMN.
