ARIS Express on Windows 11 ARM

Hello,

I've tried to install ARIS Express on Windows 11 ARM and the installation succeeds. When trying to strat ARIS Express, the message

"Unable to find a JRE in the specified directory. Please repair the settings in launcher.cfg and try again."

is displayed. I'm unable to find a file "launcher.cfg" and the java environment packaged with ARIS Express (in C:\Program Files\ARIS Express\client\jre\bin) seems to work.

Hello Arndt,

I am not sure, but I would try a separate JRE Installation with an installation package from the ORACLE website.

thanks for the suggestion!

I installed the Oracle JAVA JRE, but ARIS was still not working. I had to manually execute "c:\Program Files\ARIS Express\client\lib\express.jnlp" from a cmd session.

To be honest: The ARIS Express installation experience is the worst I've experienced for a very long time.
