Dear Mohanad,

Data Flow Diagram is one of 150+ model types in the commercial ARIS product, not ARIS Express.

In ARIS 7.x and ARIS 9.x you will find in the document "ARIS Method" details which object/connection/symbol types are allowed in that model type.

This not helps! The question was "HOW" to do DFD diagram. Which ARIS product is required for creation DFD? ARIS Platform? ARIS Business Server?

Dears,

Thank you for your reply , if you look to any DFD you will see that there is arrows ,entities.... , in the other hand aris dose not have these symbols and the diagram will look weird !?
