What a shit is Aris:
- Download isn't working
- I'm unable to reset my password. Just one time login is working.
I've old Areis files to edit. I never ever would use Aris again. Really a worse experience.

I'm sorry for the bad experience you've made.
I have just tested the download. It worked on my computer. Could you please tell me what browser you were using for the download? I'm a little surprised that the screenshot you posted concerning this issue (https://www.ariscommunity.com/users/hag/2019-11-04-download-not-working) doesn't show any download button. We have to investigate this.
As far as your problem concerning the password reset is concerned, these are the steps you should have followed:
1) Make sure you are logged out of www.ariscommunity.com
2) Request a “forgot my password”-email http://www.ariscommunity.com/user/password
3) Click the link in the email you receive
4) Click the “Log in”-Button
5) You will be redirected to your profile page were you have to enter a new password two times (any password you like and which meets the requirements). Your old password is not needed.
