Hi Hariom,
ok, JRE is installed: You find it under C:\Program Files\jre-1.8\bin\javaw.exe. Right?
Then my only idea as user (I am not from Software AG) is, to deinstall the ARIS Express installation, remove all existing files in the ARISExpress directory if any, restart your PC and start again with the setup of ARIS Express.
Maybe Software AG (Frank Weyand) has some more ideas. I think the error description regarding launcher.cfg from 2019 linked in the post of Frank cannot be actual anymore.
I use AE in my BPMN courses and normally the users have no problems to install it on Windows or MAC Pcs.
Regards
Klemens

Hi,
you do not need to install a JRE locally... in this case, we are talking about the Windows installable.
Please read my reply to the first post in https://www.ariscommunity.com/users/yuhongchu/2019-09-02-aris-express-launchercfg-problem-jre-not-found
