We have recently upgraded our ARIS version from 7.26 to 9.7
Also, we have been trying out (HPQC) ALM for testing purposes and have imported process models (EPCs) from ARIS into ALM. For this to work, the EPCs first need to be exported to XML, and then the XML file is imported into ALM.
This all worked fine in the ARIS 7.26 version. The XML file was created, and then imported into ALM.
Now however, when using ARIS 9.7, the XML export still works fine but the import of the XML file into ALM does not work.
The following error is shown:
It seems like there has been a change in the contents of the XML file in ARIS 9 compared to the content in ARIS 7 and this change of content is not accepted by ALM.
My question to you our there is - has anyone else yet experienced this effect using ARIS 9 and ALM? If so, have you found a way to get around it?

Hi,
please open the xml file in a text editor. Can you see the xml, or does it look like a binar file?
In the last case, you most likely to not have the "ARIS access" license assigned, which you need to export in xml code.
