Profile picture for user hasancog


I am unable to log into the ARIS Express application. Though I have successfully registered with the community and also able to log into the portal using URL.

 Attached the Error message which I get as I try to log in.

Hi Mohammed,

please take a look at the FAQ. This problem is probably related to wrong or missing proxy settings. I guess you have to access the Internet through a proxy server.

Hi Eva,

I have exactly the same problam. I have checked the Java settings (Internet connection) and everything is fine. Can you help me?
