I am trying to delete a group from a database but a message tells me that "the group has other dependent items" and so when i delete the group many models in other groups get affected ( positoins and functions disappear).
how can solve this issue ? pls help.

This is a typical problem for any ARIS administration team.
You can solve the problem in following ways.
1. If you already did not then find all the models from the group(which you want to delete) and Cut and Right click on a new group"Paste as" "Model with Objects."
2. Find all the objects and Cut paste in a sepearte groupmay be "Archive" or "Shared Objects.". If the number of objects are less and if the objects only have one occurence then put the objects in the corresponding folder where the models are. Otherwise keep it in the "Archive" or "Shared Objects" group.
3. Reorganize the database from the Admimninstration module in ARIS business Architect.
4. Check if you have any objects or models by searching the group(which you want to delete).
5. Now delete the group and select Yes to all.
