I received the download link via email but it doesn't start. The link asks for a username and a password to login at the ag server, but the email doesn't have any information about it. Does anyone can help me?

Unfortunately we had some maintenance. All Links should be working now.
If you got any problems with the link further on, please download the product in the ARIS Community again and receive a new e-mail with new links.

The problem exists anymore to me. I received the mail with the download link, but i can't download the zip-file.
On one pc I can't reach the ftp and on another pc I get the message "550 permission denied". Can you help me, please?

I tried to download aris from ftp but it says:
550 CWD failed. "/released/ARIS_97x/ARIS_Client/ARIS.97_0_0_9_Client_956537.zip": directory not foundMy friend from university has the same problem with downloading. Any idea when the links will be working? I got to finish my school project in aris asap :-)
