I hope you will be able to assist me. I have a client in South Africa that is currently using Aris and SAP solution manager. According to them they are currently using a hybrid notation of EPC and BPMN. This was done because SAP Solution Manager only understands EPC’s and they as a business wanted to move toward the BPMN standard. Are you aware of any future enhancements to SAP Solution manager to move towards BPMN natation?

Has there been any response from SAP regarding BPMN support in Solution Manager?
I am also currently investigating the use of BPMN in my organisation. We are currently modelling all processes using EPC notation in ARIS, and as part of the adoption of BPM, and subsequent implementation of a BPMS, we are trying to determine how best to utilise BPMN. As part of that, the topic of integration with Solution manager has come up.
Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I'm pretty sure that SAP Solution Manager will support BPMN 2 in the near future, because SAP was a main driver of BPMN 2 standardisation.
