Long story short,
I want to uninstall ARIS 9.8 from my computer. The last install failed because my computer did a reboot. Now I cant either uninstall nor install ARIS with ARIS Client because it´s saying, that I havnt enough rights to do it, although I am the admin.
I am thankful for your help.

I have the same problem that i cannot uninstall ARIS 9.8, so i tried to follow your instruction given here. But if I try to delete the files on my own, the notification pops out, that a program is still using the files in the folder, so i need to shut down this process, but i dont know which one it is.
So my question is, which process exactly do i have to shut down? I added the list of the task manager in the file attachments, i hope it's listed in here.

EDIT: I found the process on my own. Its "wrapper.exe" (the forelast point in the list) This must be shut down in order to delete all files.

Hi Patrick,
please try to remove all that is ARIS manually: remove any ARIS folder (C:\SoftwareAG; ARIS90 folder) on your machine manually, then delete the corresponding registry entries.
Afterwards reboot and try to install ARIS again.
