at the moment we have a ARIS 9.7 installation, since 2 weeks the clients disconnect in irregular intervals, anybody know this problem? Which Log File could write there the error?

Hi Alexander,
please collect the log files using "collectLogFiles.bat" (C:\SoftwareAG\ARIS9.8\support) and send them to me via mail.
