Some years ago I was working with ARIS. When using new elements it was compulsive that you give them unique names. Thus made it possible to analyze the process objects and their connections. Also, if new attributes were added to an object, all instances of it got this attribute to. Is this behavior also possible for ARIS express elements?

No, that is the key benefit of the commercial product: There is a model behind the views.

Since you already appreciate the benefits: If possible, return to working with ARIS. There is an easy entry point with a 30 days free trial subscription at ariscloud.com
