I am having issues restoring a database that i backup using Aris BA 7.1 into a Aris BA 7.2.3.
The prompt would say that the database has been successfully restored. But behind the successfully restore prompt. There is a unable to restore database error message.
The database can be seen in my BA after i restart it, but i cant access it as it is corrupted.
And my database size is 2gb.
Anyone have faced this issue before? Or is there any solution to it?

Dear Lin,
considering your huge ARIS database backup file (2 GB in an .ADB file) could be not enough free hard disk space the issue?
After all, an .ADB file is a .ZIP file and requires probably lots more disk space when it gets extracted/restored.
Otherwise the log files on the ARIS Business Server might give more details on what went wrong.
